Hello Friends… In today’s time with the pandemic going on, all we can do is ‘Let it Ride’. Riding out the storm can be tough but if we seek shelter, be patient, and let the storm pass, all will safe!

I love this retiring stamp set ‘Let it Ride’. Myself, being a small town girl, who’s grandparents lived in the country, I have a deep appreciation for the country and all that it encompass’. Enjoy this simple card that reflects the love of country!

  • Stamp Set: Let it Ride
  • Cardstock: Whisper White #100730, Crumb Cake #120953, Mint Macaroon #138337, Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper #152488
  • Ink: Crumb Cake #147116, Early Espresso #119789, So Saffron #105225
  • Stampin’ Blends: Crumb Cake Combo #144601, Soft Suede Combo #147273, So Saffron Combo #149557, Petal Pink Combo #147272
  • Miscellanous: Journaling Pen #145480, Pinewood Plank Embossing Folder #152320, Stitched Shapes Dies #152323,

Measurements:

  • Whisper White 4 1/4 x 11, score at 5 1/2, 3 x 3, 1/2 x 1 3/4
  • Mint Macaroon 4 x 5 1/4, 1/8 x 5 1/8
  • Ornate Garden DSP 1 1/4 x 5
  • Crumb Cake 3 7/8 x 5

Instructions:

  1. Fold the card base on the score line and burnish.
  2. Adhere the 4 x 5 1/4 Mint Macaroon to the card base’s front panel.
  3. Using the Pinewood Plank embossing folder, emboss the 3 7/8 x 5 Crumb Cake. To provide more dimension, sponge Crumb Cake and So Saffron ink over the embossed area. Adhere to card base.
  4. Adhere 1 1/4 x 5 Ornate Garden DSP to the left side of card front.
  5. Adhere the 1/8 x 5 1/8 Mint Macaroon strip to the right edge of the Ornate Garden DSP.
  6. Stamp the horse image on the 3 x 3 Whisper White using Crumb Cake ink.
  7. Color the horse using Stampin’ Blends.
  8. Use the Stitched Shapes Dies. center circle die over the horse image and run through the Big Shot. Use dimensionals to adhere the circle to the cards upper left side.
  9. Stamp sentiment in Early Espresso ink on the 1/2 x 1 3/4 Whisper White strip, hand cut a ribbon tail on the right end of sentiment.
