Hello Friends! I’m working on a positive thought today and thought this quote would be a great one to share ‘Life may not be the party we had hoped for but while we’re here we might as well dance’. We all know these days of social distancing hasn’t been fun but we also know it won’t last forever, so for the time being let’s dance and enjoy what we do have… each other online and those we love.
Last week my husband and I received a phone call informing us that our April/May reservations had been cancelled for a vacation to Hawaii. Unfortunately we were going to be celebrating our 26th Anniversary and my birthday (which is no big deal) while we were there. With that being said, while creating this card it made me think of Hawaii, and although I may not be able to be there in person, I can still visualize in my mind’s eye Hawaii’s beauty, right here in the comfort of my ‘She Shed Tornado Shelter’. In my opinion, today’s creation is one of beauty and grace as I’ve combined two traditional stamp sets ‘Timeless Tropical’ and ‘Beautiful You’ to make a nontraditional card.
