Hello Friends… This week’s hostess for SCS Color Challenge (CC827) is Barbara, she has chosen a color combo I love. Lol, you might be thinking, “why”? Well, I’m always in for a good challenge, with that being said, these colors put me to the test (teehee), Cajun Craze, Basic White, and Call Me Clover with the dessert option of ‘using ribbon’.
While pondering about this color combo and where to channel my creative thoughts, lol, the color Cajun Craze and clay pots came to mind. I’m telling you my friend, this color combo stumped me. Then all of sudden the light bulb came on to use the new bundle ‘Simply Succulents’ featured in the January-June Mini, this is a was ‘Perfect’ for this color challenge. This bundle’s die set ‘Potted Succulents Dies’ includes a full sized awesomely intricate die, plus 12 additional dies. Yes, this is a great value with lots of options! You’ve got to check it out.
Supplies:
- Stamp/Die Bundle: Simply Succulents #156264
- Cardstock: Basic White #159276, Sahara Sand #124043, Cajun Craze #119684, Call Me Clover (Retired), Basic Black #121045
- Inks: Versamark #102283, Cajun Craze #147085,
- Stampin’ Blend Combos: Cinnamon Cider #153105, Mint Macaron #154889, Pumpkin Pie #154897, Color Lifter #144608

I simply finished the inside of the card by adding two ovals in Sahara Sand and Basic White. The sentiment is stamped in Cajun Craze ink with the succulents stamped in Sahara Sand.
Thank you for stopping in today and taking a look, I hope you were inspired by what you saw! I would love for you to join in the fun of creating.

Have a blessed day,

Pretty use of those colors, LeAnn. I like the frame you layered the image on, too. That background die makes this card gorgeous!
Thank you Miss Sharon for your nice comment! We need to get together and stamp sometime, I miss you my friend!
