Hello Friends… It’s been a few days since my last post… I’ve had the joy of watching my grandkids for the past five days and my computer has been occupied by them, lol! I must confess my grandkids get away with much more than my kids ever did! I chalk this up to one of the advantages of being a grandparent, I absolutely love it! I’m cherishing these days while I can, as I know they’ll be grown before I know it!

Today’s creation is a colorful and fun card that would be appropriate for any fun loving person. The color pallet used here derived from selecting a 6 x 6 sheet from the ‘NEW’ package of Designer Series Paper, ‘Playing with Patterns’. This 48 sheet pack provides a wide of assortment of color and fun patterns that would be suited for anyone of any age.

These non-traditionally colored zebra’s were stamped in Night of Navy ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends. The picture doesn’t show their rosy cheeks but IRL they are blushing with happiness, they’re so cute! The Whisper White panel the zebras are mounted on was embossed using the ‘NEW’ Meadow Moments Embossing Folder featuring fluttering butterflies, flowers and sprigs of leaves. The small contrasting flag in the upper left corner is the reverse side of the Designer Series Paper. I love how the matching colors of the flag are a great accent without distracting the eye from the zebra’s, who are the intended focal points.

The inside of the card has been accented with the contrasting side of the Designer Series Paper and stamping the crazy little zebra’s on both sides of the card base. It kind a looks like they are talking to each other, right? Yes… I have quite the imagination…
