Hello Friends… The Kansas breeze blew my card/display everywhere today (sigh) but the sun is shining brightly and the Lord has blessed me with another beautiful day, so I have no complaints! I hope your day is brightly shining too!

Feast your eyes on this vintage beauty! Yes, I know… this may not be your bag as I’ve got a few friends who, ‘I’ll put it kindly’, don’t care for all the ‘foo-foo’! (Chuckle) However, I guess my reason for being so fond of the vintage look is due to my Momma… I sure miss her. Being raised in a small town, everyone knew my Mom because of her thoughtfulness in sending cards to everyone in town for any and all occasions. The question was raised at her funeral service, “how many present had received a card from Betty”? It was amazing all 200 present, raised their hand. It’s for this reason I started to create cards specifically for her to send. Her favorite designs were always the vintage ones, she would always tickle me when she would say… “Oh… I love this one, I’m saving this for so and so”! She left such a wonderful legacy of thoughtfulness and love. My hopes are to follow her legacy to the best of my ability and to continue spreading acts of kindness as she did.

This beauty derived from a tag challenge I was participating in, I guess by the likes of what you see here, I didn’t fulfill the challenge. Lol, I just couldn’t resist turning my tag into a card!

If you haven’t noticed… I mostly used dies here! The only stamped images are the bird (which has been colored with alcohol blends) including the stamped sentiment. The list of supplies are listed below, my apologies the list is long, but you have to admit, it’s pretty, right? (Chuckle)

Thank you so much for stopping in today… If you’ve not subscribed to my blog yet, I would be thrilled if you did! Have a great day! Hugs!
