Hello my friends… It’s always difficult to lose loved ones and friends, unfortunately it’s the story book of life and is inevitable for each and every one of us. We don’t so much grieve for the one who’s passed on but for ourselves having to live life without them. I’m not trying to bring you down with the blues but instead share the joy in knowing there is peace and joy awaiting us beyond this world for those who believe. This card was created for a friend who’s husband passed from cancer, all three of us worked at the same company for many years. Danny… this one’s for you, may you rest in peace my friend.
My apologizes for the poor photography here, as the frame, dock, and boat are one continuous piece and are actually popped away from the water/mountains providing a 3D look. I’m not sure what you call this technique but I think is’t ‘a picture in a frame?
If you’re interested, here’s a list of supplies used to create this card!
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions. I’m thrilled you visited my blog today. I hope all are well with you and your family during these days filled with turmoil, I have faith we’ll be back to normal soon! Hugs!
Sympathies on the loss of your friend. Your card is a lovely offering of condolence.
Thank you Debra for your nice comment, this is a very delayed response but wanted to let you know I’DO’appreciate your comment so much. My apologies for taking so long to respond.
